Upon receipt, Viabanko engages in direct negotiation with the client to determine and finalize all critical transaction parameters — including pricing, counterparties (if applicable), execution route, and settlement logistics.

Client Verification & Compliance Screening
Depending on the nature of the transaction and applicable regulatory requirements, Viabanko conducts client identification and verification procedures (KYC), as well as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk assessments, in accordance with internal policies and licensing obligations.

Execution and Asset Settlement
Following verification and agreement on terms, the client transfers fiat or digital assets to Viabanko’s designated bank account or wallet. Viabanko then initiates settlement and transfers the agreed equivalent to the client in the specified form.
